This newly designed development in the vibrant new quarter of Battersea, London, consisted of the complete electrical and mechanical fitout to a high end apartment which demanded the highest of quality finish.
This design and build comprised of but not limited to:- Developed design of M&E Services, Sub-Main distribution & distribution boards, Lighting & Emergency Lighting installation, Small power, Containment, Data installation, TV , Fire Alarm, Heating and Ventilation, Comfort cooling and underfloor heating, Hot and Cold water provisions. Together with a full test and commissioning programme.
