Morrisons - Store of the Future & Fresh Format Rollout

The ‘Store of the Future’ & ‘Fresh Format’ concept aims to deliver an innovative fresh food offer which is not available elsewhere while still maintaining Morrisons’ great value.

We have completed in excess of 60 of the new ‘Store of the Future’ & ‘Fresh Format’ projects on a nationwide basis within the last 2 Years.

All the works were carried out on nights whilst the stores continued to trade and remain fully operational at the close of each night shift.

These design and build projects were carried out in accordance with Morrison’s ‘Store of the Future’ brief and generally comprised of:

Upgrade the Main Incoming Supply, External Lighting, Earthing & Bonding, Electrical LV Distribution/LV Switchgear and Secondary Metering, Sub-Main Distribution, Containment Systems, Electric Supplies to Refrigeration Equipment, Electrical Supplies associated with the Mechanical Services, Queue Management System, Clean and Re-lamp the Sales Floor Lighting, Lighting Installation, Emergency Lighting, Small Power Installation, Telephone/Data System, UPS Installation, Clock Installation, Fire Alarm Installation, Security/CCTV Power Supplies, TAG System, Lighting Controls, Illuminated Exit Sign Works associated with Client Fit-Out Work, Strip Out Redundant Services as required, ‘Food to Go’ offer, Customer Café Upgrade.
